The Customer Experience Platform is an indispensable tool  that provides ultimate transparency at all stages of transportation, whether that’s booking a new delivery, checking invoice statuses or browsing the whole journey overview from airport terminal to arrival port. 

You now have all the important shipment data – historical, current and scheduled – at your fingertips. Alongside shipping details and related documents, our platform offers you access to CO2 data on a per-shipment basis to assist you in delivering against important ESG initiatives. You can even approve bookings from the platform.

Dashboard – All The Information You Need in One Place 

The Dashboard is the hub of the Customer Experience Platform. It provides you with an overview of all the key information you need to manage your consignments, including: 

  • Active Shipments and their stage in the transportation journey
  • Bookings
  • Orders and their status
  • Exceptions
  • Direct access to the Ava team

From the Dashboard, it’s easy to navigate to Bookings, Orders, ISF (Importer Security Filing), Shipments, Analytics and Accounting pages from the menu bar. Or select one of the overview boxes displayed on the Dashboard. You can even create a New Booking or create an Order from here. 

The Inbox overview – separated into ETAs Uploaded, Messages (read/unread) and total number of Documents Uploaded – is super-helpful if you are checking for an update. 

We all know that shipments can be interrupted, perhaps due to weather conditions or a customs delay. Whatever the problem, it’s essential that you are the first to know, that’s why Exceptions are clear to view from the Dashboard. This box highlights Holds, Possible Charges, Reminders and Arrival Delays

We’ll keep you updated at all times.

As we built the Customer Experience Platform, we continually asked ourselves, how can we make our clients day-to-day easier? 

Intelligent Search

If you haven’t got the Order ID to hand, don’t worry, search by House Bill, Master Bill, Airway Bill, Container Number or Shipment ID instead.

Customisable

Save the view that is most useful to you, or preset different views depending on the task. 

You can save presets such as visible columns, column order, column filters and applied column sorting. There is no need to create a new table from scratch every time you log in.

 

Everything All in One Place

The Customer Experience Platform is a one-stop platform for every element of your international delivery. 

We store all necessary documentation including: 

  • Customs Declarations
  • Shipping Manifests 
  • Export / Import Certifications 
  • Packing Lists 
  • Certificate of Origin 
  • Airway Bill
  • Insurance Documentation 
  • Inspection Certificates 

The Accounting page makes it easy for you to keep on top of payments and invoicing. Everything you need is right there, along with all the information about a project you might wish to check against the invoice. 

 

Messenger 

We know you are busy … so when you’ve only got 5 minutes, you don’t want to trawl through hundreds of messages to find what you need. Instead, view separate Conversation threads for each order, keeping everything organised and easy to locate. You can also see Order Details, Cargo Details and other key information on the same screen.

 

CO2 Emissions Tracking

You can view historic, current and future shipments, and all this data is used to generate your Shipment Insights page. Your data can be broken down in whatever way you want, and then presented in the clearest format, using colour-coding and easy-to-interpret graphs and bar charts.
